Administrative Coordinator

The Young Team is seeking an administrative coordinator within our operations team. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have past experience in customer service. Candidate must have computer skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and internet based applications. Prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of bringing a home to the marketing, including but not limited to,
    scheduling photographs, access to the home, marketing materials and list date
  • Oversee all administrative aspects of buyer and seller transactions, from executed purchase agreements to closing, including coordinating inspections and the completion of repairs
  • Work alongside our agents to provide an unparalleled customer experience buying and selling their clients’ home
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining spreadsheets, CRMs and electronic files
  • Coordinate city point of sale inspections, and county septic and well inspections with the client
  • Cross checking documents to ensure that home sales will be completed without delay
  • Follow up with clients at least once a week

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and personalities
  • Passion for helping others
  • Enthusiastic and self-starter approach
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Outstanding organization, documentation and follow through skills
  • Prior experience in transaction coordination, real estate, title and/or mortgage industry is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred

 

Compensation

$35,000-$45,000
Option for health, vision and dental
