Scottie joined The Young Team in September 2022 as a Real Estate Consultant. He grew up in Northeast Ohio, learning skilled trades and becoming extremely knowledgeable in the construction industry. He became a Realtor in 2014 and brings nearly a decade of experience in the industry, working with national home builders, local builders, and the traditional resale market. 
 
Scottie has an unmatched energy, passion and excitement for Real Estate, serving his clients and community. A highly motivated agent with strong negotiating skills and ambitious attitude, he is relentless in his actions to raise the agency standard for the Real Estate industry. With a natural ability to connect with others and lead, he excels in finding a right home for his clients and navigating any challenges that come with the sales process, ensuring his clients get an unmatched experience and results they are looking for. 
 
Scottie is a Cleveland area native, currently living in Chagrin Falls, with his wife Rachel, son Travis, daughter Casey and two dachshunds Winnie and Cooper. He loves staying active, spending time outdoors with his family and friends. Traveling to local eateries or taking a trip to his family’s lodge in the Allegheny Mountains in Pennsylvania. He enjoys golfing, fishing, four wheeling and listening to music. Scottie has a deep passion to serve in his community, he is a member of Silver Creek Church in Aurora and board member of a local nonprofit- The Timothy Heart Foundation, which is dedicated to the memory of his best friend Timmy and sister Alexandria who both lost their lives at a young age. The foundation raises money to do goodwill around Northeast Ohio and also has a College scholarship fund set up for local High School students that they gift each year. 
 
Scottie is extremely easy to work with and really enjoys taking the stress away from the sales process to enhance the fun side of buying or selling a home. He always aims to exceed expectations.
