After meeting at a university in Cleveland and later getting married, Julie and Perry purchased their first home in Cleveland. They adored this light brick ranch style home but had to sell it not long after as career changes took them to Boston and then Jacksonville. Our first step in assisting the couple was not to immediately begin touring homes. In fact, the couple needed to virtually work with us because they still lived in Jacksonville. They ended up falling in love with a light brick ranch style house early in their home search and made an offer they were comfortable with – but that would get the seller’s attention before the competition increased on the home. The strategy worked. Had Julie and Perry not made the offer that they did, this house would have surely been in a multiple offer situation with many interested buyers. The reason they were able to purchase a home so quickly is that they we prepared them ahead of time with a strategy for the right offer to make.
