As renters in California, they were not familiar with the home buying process, but thrilled to find their first home in Cleveland Heights.
Searching from such a distance has its challenges. But Young Team agent Kate Rabinovitch helped them understand the process through video meetings. She listened carefully to their needs and searched for the type of home they desired. When the couple came to town to tour homes, they fell in love with the first home she showed them.
