Most recently serving as an executive partner supporting leadership in high-performing environments, she offers operational precision, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellence to ensure seamless operations and an elevated client experience.
Renae was drawn to real estate because it represents major life moments, and she values being part of something that makes a meaningful impact supporting the team. behind the scenes allows her to leverage her strengths in organization, calm energy, and anticipating needs so other can perform at their best.
Outside of work, Renae enjoys staying active, discovering great coffee, refining her sourdough baking skills, and pursuing creative projects that require patience, detail, and experimentation.
