Stephanie Paynter

Originally from the Southwest, Stephanie Paynter brings a background in sales, marketing, customer service, and creative work to her role with The Young Team. After living in Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, and Nevada, she eventually returned to Northeast Ohio, where she spent summers growing up in Akron and developed a lasting connection to the area. 

Before transitioning into real estate, Stephanie spent years in people-focused roles that required strong communication, organization, and problem-solving. As she entered a new stage of life, she was drawn to real estate as an opportunity to challenge herself, build relationships, and help guide clients through important decisions. 

Outside of work, Stephanie is a longtime metalsmith and artist who has bee designing and handcrafting jewelry for nearly three decades. She enjoys painting, exploring thrift stores, visiting art museums, and spending time outdoors with her three children. 

Stephanie joined The Young Team in 2026 and is excited to continue growing her expertise while helping clients move forward with confidence.
