Originally from Southington, Alexis Pernice brings six years of real estate experience to her role with The Young Team. After studying pre-med in college, she followed her passion for real estate. Real estate combines her love of helping people with a lifelong fascination for architecture that began when she studied her father's building blueprints.
Alexis was drawn to real estate because it allows her to make a meaningful impact while helping clients through one of life's biggest decisions. Known for her competitive drive and client-first approach, she is committed to putting every buyer and seller in the strongest position to achieve their goals. Over the course of her career, she has helped more than 70 families and closed over $25 million in sales.
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys working out and spending time with her toddler. She also supports the Clean Water Project in Africa.
Alexis joined The Young Team in 2026 and is committed to continuing to grow her expertise while delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships with her clients.
