John Kaufman

Originally from Twinsburg, John Kaufman brings a lifetime of experience in real estate investing and management, along with a background in insurance and mortgage, to his role with The Young Team. Licensed since 2015, he has helped more than 30 clients and closed over $20 million in sales, with much of his experience focused on commercial and investment properties.

John was drawn to real estate because he enjoys meeting people and helping guide them through major life decisions. He takes a client-first approach, getting to know each person’s goals, needs, and motivations to provide thoughtful, personalized guidance. John treats his clients with the same care and attention he would give to a member of his own family.

Outside of work, John enjoys boating with his daughters, playing tennis and pickleball, and biking through Cuyahoga Valley National Park. He is also passionate about giving back and is involved in fostering children.

John recently joined The Young Team and is focused on helping clients confidently navigate their next chapter. He hopes to make a lasting, positive impact on the people and families he serves.
