Alex Spino

Originally from Greater Cleveland, Alex Spino brings 15 years of sales experience and has been a real estate professional since 2020. After building her own successful real estate business, she brings a strong understanding of the market, skilled negotiation, and a commitment to advocating for her clients to her role with The Young Team.

Alex was drawn to real estate because of her long-standing interest in the industry, passion for investing, and desire for the freedom to build her own business. She takes a relationship-first approach, focusing on creating lasting connections rather than simply facilitating transactions.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys running, working out, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her dog, friends, and family. An avid runner, she is working toward completing a race in all 50 states. She is also a foster parent and volunteers with organizations supporting women, children, and families in need.

Alex joined The Young Team in 2026 and is focused on helping more families throughout Northeast Ohio while continuing to grow her business and build lasting client relationships.
