Josh’s focus as President and COO is to ensure the overall success of the team. He assists in overseeing daily operations, managing team strategy and direction, leading organizational growth, and supporting collaboration across departments. 

Josh grew up in Orange and Pepper Pike and has lived in many great cities throughout the country. Before making the switch to real estate, he was a professional equestrian. Josh also enjoys playing music, traveling, and the culinary arts. His love for competition makes him a driven and dynamic member of our team. Josh is excited to follow in his family’s legacy and help the Young Team bring a level of success that our real estate market has never seen.
