As a Florida native, Kate’s upbringing was deeply rooted in the real estate industry. Her grandmother, a highly successful broker in central Florida, was a major source of inspiration for Kate, and she also gained extensive experience working for her family’s property management firm. Prior to becoming a realtor, Kate worked as a branding consultant and gained extensive experience in online marketing across multiple industries.

In 2016, Kate moved to Cleveland, where she began investing in the local real estate market and obtained her real estate license in 2018. Kate currently manages a large portfolio of 80+ Cleveland rentals, which has provided her with an exceptional level of customer service skills and valuable resources to support her clients in reaching their goals.
