Before launching his real estate career, he built homes on Cleveland’s East Side, managed commercial real estate developments, and even taught math in Shaker Heights. Growing up in Beachwood, Jeff has an insider’s knowledge of the East Side suburbs, making him a true market expert.
Real estate is a family legacy—Jeff and Terry’s sons, Ryan and Josh, now lead The Young Team as CEO and President/COO, continuing the tradition of excellence. Their daughter, Danielle, is also a licensed Realtor in Ohio. Outside of real estate, Jeff enjoys golf, cooking, wine, playing guitar, traveling, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
