Shelby Olding

Orignally from Columbus, Shelby moved to Chagrin falls three years ago. With several years of experience in marketing and project management across various industries, she brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and process-driven work to her role as a Listing Coordinator.

Shelby become interested in pursuing real estate after buying and selling her own homes, gaining firsthand appreciation for the impact a well-supported listing process can have. She values clear communication with both agents and clients and uses structured systems to keep every step coordinated, transparent, and stress-free.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music and attending concerts, traveling, learning new languages, cooking, and hanging out with her dog. She's looking forward to growing her involvement in community initiatives as she continues to settle into the area. 

Since joining the team, Shelby has loved being part of such a meaningful moment in clients' lives, especially supporting homeowners through major transitions. She is excited to keep learning, growing, and making a positive impact as part of the team.
