Justis Hastings

Originally from North Canton, Justis Hastings brings a background in automotive sales and political field leadership to her role with The Young Team. With over six years experience as a regional field director, she developed strong communication skills, adaptability and the ability to thrive in both team and fast-paced environments.

Justis was drawn to real estate after years of encouragement from friends, family and clients who reconized her natural ability to connect with people. Known for her self-motivation, daptability and team first mindset, she is committed to finding success while supporting those around her.

Outside of work, Justis enjoys trying new restaurants, hosting friends and family and spending time outdoors with her three children, Amelia, Remington and Faith. She has also been involved in community outreach, helping serve hundreds of families thoguh monhly food giveaways. 

Justis joined The Young Team in 2026 and is focused on grpwing within the culture, building strong relationships, and contributing to the team success.
