Allie Maculaitis

Originally from Canton, Allie brings a unique blend of sales, marketing, renovation experience, and entrepreneurship to her role as a real estate consultant. With early success selling Cutco , followed by marketing and sales roles with Sherwin-Williams and State Farm, plus experience co-owning a social media marketing company and helping run Bullseye Painting, she offers clients well-rounded expertise from multiple angles. 

Allie was drawn to real estate because it combines her passion for people, homes, and guiding others through major life decisions. She is known for her authenticity, clear communication, and solutions-focused approach, giving clients confidence at every stage of the process. 

In under two years, Allie has helped more than 35 families. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, attending music festivals, and volunteering with animals. 

Allie joined The Young Team in November 2025 and is committed to growing her skills, scaling her business, and forming meaningful, lasting relationships with clients.
