Coming home to Cleveland after 20 years away, Danielle found herself stepping into not just a new role - but the continuation of a family legacy. With real estate woven into her upbringing and a license she's held since 2003, joining The Young Team felt like the perfect next chapter.

Danielle brings more than two decades of experience in high-growth, results-driven environments. Throughout her career, she has led and supported top-performing sales team in the tech and SaaS world, helping organizations scale while fostering cultures of consistency, accountability, and client-first execution. With a deep respect for the trust clients place in their agents, Danielle is focused on helping the team deliver standout service at every stage of the real estate journey.

She is known for her direct but supportive leadership style, her ability to create structure and momentum, and her genuine investment in helping others grow. She believes the best results come from high standards, strong systems, and a team that truly wants to win together.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Rigby. Most of all, she's excited to be close to family again and to plant roots back in the place that shaped her. She also volunteers with Make-a-Wish as a wish granter and has served on the Young Professional Advisory Council for Make-A-Wish Silicon Valley - a cause that remains close to her heart.
