Ernest Bolos

Before joining The Young Team, Ernest (EJ) built a strong foundation in customer service and operations through five years in the call center insutry, working with major companies such as Amazon and Oscar Health Insurance. In 2023, he transitioned into the real estate field as a fully remote professional, first as an Inside Sales Associate for a real estate coaching company, and then as a Listing Coordinator for their sister company. In those roles, he managed listings, coordinated showings and open houses, and provided consistent updates to sellers. All of his past experience has now translated directly to his work at The Young Team. 

Drawn to real estate by his love of home tours, renovations, and architecture, EJ is motivated by the process of helping people move into a new chapter of their lives. Tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented, he brings a high level of precision and efficiency to every task. Since joining The Young Team in March of 2025, he has thrived in the team's collaborative culture. 

His favorite part of his role on the team is knowing he plays a part in supporting clients, whether they're buying or selling, as they make meaningful life transitions.
