Gretchen Kovein

Originally from Wadsworth and now living in Hartville, Gretchen Kovein brings a background in competitive volleyball coaching, personal training, high-level-sales (including automotive sales), to her role with The Young Team. With experience in consultive selling, negotiation and relationship building, she provides clients with a strategic and results driven approach. 

Gretchen was drawn to real estate after realizing the most rewarding part of her work is building lasting relationships. She enjoys guiding clients through important decisions and creating connections that extend well beyond the transaction. Known for her competitive drive, discipline and client-first mindset, she is committed to delivering high level service. 

Outside of work, Gretchen enjoys snowboarding, hiking, spending time with her boys, walking her dogs and traveling. She also gives back through volunteering with organizations such as the Akron Canton Food Bank, Haven of Rest and Access INC. 

Gretchen was first licensed in 2024 and joined The Young Team in 2026. She is focused on growing her business, strengthening her skills and building long-term success in the industry.
