Hailey Niedzwiecki

Born and raised in North Royalton, Ohio, Hailey Niedzwiecki brings a unique background in healthcare to her role as an Executive Assistant at The Young Team. Before transitioning into real estate, she worked as a Patient Care Nurse Assistant on a postpartum and labor and delivery floor, where she developed a deep passion for helping people. While she loved the connections she made in healthcare, she sought a career where she could grow long-term—and real estate was the perfect fit.

Hailey’s ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and stay organized makes her an invaluable asset to the team. Her background in high-pressure environments sharpened her problem-solving skills and attention to detail, which now help her manage real estate transactions seamlessly.

Outside of work, Hailey loves watching her son play football and basketball, going on walks with her Australian Shepherd, Malcolm, and exploring new breweries with her boyfriend and friends. She also enjoys planning events, from broker's opens to team gatherings, adding thoughtful touches that make each occasion memorable and engaging.
