Originally from Rochester, NY, Clare has spent the past decade in Northeast Ohio. With a background in business and marketing, she found her way into real estate through connections who recognized her ability to bring structure and efficiency to complex operations. After gaining insight into the diverse roles within the industry, she joined The Young Team and has been an integral part of the organization ever since.

Clare excels at recognizing opportunities for improvement, executing strategies, and ensuring that people, departments, and processes work in harmony. Her ability to balance structure with the fluid nature of real estate operations makes her a vital asset to the team. Outside of work, Clare’s world revolves around her family and kids. In her free time, she enjoys staying active—whether it's running, Peloton, hot yoga, or anything that gets her moving. She also loves spending time outdoors, reading, and catching up with friends. For her, the best part of working at The Young Team is the camaraderie and the ever-evolving nature of the industry.
