With over 20 years of sales experience—primarily in over-the-phone sales for major brands like Expedia and Hilton Hotels—Drew Frost brings a wealth of expertise in coaching, leadership, and high-performance sales strategy. Throughout his career, he has led teams of up to 40 people, developing their sales skills and helping them exceed their goals. This background has positioned him perfectly for his role as Director of Lead Generation, where he not only leads and mentors the Inside Sales Associate (ISA) team but also remains active on the phones, ensuring the team’s continued success.

Drew’s passion for real estate began after purchasing his first home, an experience that sparked his interest in the industry. Now, with five years in real estate, he has personally contributed to 765 transactions, totaling over $215.6 million in sales. His numbers-driven mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to team success fuel his leadership approach, making him a driving force in the growth of The Young Team.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. He is also an avid Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and coffee enthusiast, always on the hunt for the perfect specialty brew.
