Katie Longrich

Katie has lived in Cleveland for a little over two decades, with the exception of spending three years in Columbia, SC, while attending the University of South Carolina. She graduated with a degree in Visual Communications, specializing in design. Throughout her career, Katie has thrived in small companies where she can apply her skills in multiple areas to contribute to their success and growth.

Katie’s technical design skills have allowed her to execute a wide variety of marketing campaigns from start to finish. Over time, she’s also honed her analytical and strategic abilities, collaborating with freelancers and team members to deliver creative and impactful projects. Katie’s innate curiosity for business growth and the real estate industry continues to fuel her drive as she helps expand the team’s reach and opportunities.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys trying new restaurants in Cleveland, catching comedy shows at Hilarities, and practicing yoga. In warmer weather, you can find her playing pickleball with friends.

Having been with The Young Team since late 2023, Katie’s favorite part of the role is connecting with others. She loves collaborating with agents, transaction coordinators, and other team members, particularly when conceptualizing new projects or solving problems. She feels fortunate to work alongside such a high-performing team.
