Michelle Cottle

Originally from Southeast Georgia, Michelle has spent the last five years in Northeast Ohio. With over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Michelle’s journey into real estate began when she transitioned from selling homes in Georgia to an administrative role in 2018. Realizing she preferred the behind-the-scenes aspects of the business over selling, she found her niche in real estate administration.

Initially drawn to real estate for the flexibility of the job, Michelle now thrives on the stability of a Monday-through-Friday schedule and the constantly evolving market. She loves the challenge of staying ahead of the curve and continuously learning new things in the industry. Michelle’s patience, attention to detail, and positive mindset have contributed greatly to her success.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her daughter Blakely, decorating, and traveling to visit friends and family. She’s also passionate about animals and children, finding joy in both.

With five years at The Young Team and eight years in real estate, Michelle’s favorite part of the job is the client connection—she loves communicating with clients and helping make their experiences as smooth as possible.
