Peter Gembka

Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Peter spent most of his life in Willowick before recently moving to the Willoughby Hills area. With a background in customer service, he understands the importance of creating an exceptional client experience—something he prioritizes in his role as a Showing Partner. Before transitioning into real estate, he spent two years working at Starbucks and four years at Cooper’s Twist & Shake, where he honed his ability to provide outstanding service. Now, he applies those skills to guide clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
Peter was drawn to real estate for its endless opportunities and the chance to connect with new people. He is dedicated to making every client interaction a positive, stress-free experience, ensuring they feel confident and excited throughout the process. His energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to service help set the tone for a seamless home-buying journey.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys staying active—whether it’s going to the gym, hiking, or running. He also has a passion for graphic design and loves spending time with family. A former trumpet player in the Lakeland Civic Band, music has always been a big part of his life. His goal at The Young Team is to continuously elevate the client experience, making each step of the journey enjoyable and memorable.
