Ric Norman

With 15 years of experience in sales, including five years as a sales process educator, Ric Norman brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping people navigate the home-buying journey. Having purchased two homes himself, he understands how nerve-wracking the process can be and is committed to making it as seamless and stress-free as possible.

A true people person, Ric prides himself on his honesty, trustworthiness, and loyalty. He finds great fulfillment in building relationships and assisting clients with their real estate needs.

Outside of work, Ric enjoys spending time with his wife and their Rottweiler, Rocco. He also loves fishing and outdoor sports. He is deeply passionate about giving back to the recovery community, dedicating time each year to volunteering as Santa Claus for hospitals and underprivileged organizations, bringing a little holiday magic to those in need.

Since joining The Young Team in October 2024, Ric has been focused on forging meaningful connections and guiding clients through their real estate journeys with care and expertise.
