A lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, Sara has spent her career in coordination roles, making her a natural fit as a Transaction Coordinator at The Young Team. Her journey into real estate began unexpectedly when she was working the front desk at a hair salon, and a local Realtor recruited her to be their listing coordinator. Since then, she has spent over six years in the industry, combining her passion for organization with her love for connecting with people. Her dedication and strong attention to detail ensure smooth transactions for our clients and agents alike.

Real estate has always run in Sara's family. Her parents met when her mother was working in the office of a local home builder, and her father was on the construction crew building new homes. With new construction and remodeling being her father's focus, Sara spent a lot of her childhood at construction and renovation sites learning tricks of the trades. Sara's great-grandfather founded an international engineering firm in Cleveland — Adache & Associates, inspiring generations of real estate professionals. The Adache descendants now own and operate an architecture and interior design firm, land development, and real estate brokerage in Southeast Florida.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys cooking, baking, DIY projects, traveling, and trying new coffee shops. You can usually find her trying a new craft, or binging TV shows with her boyfriend, Mike, and their 2 dogs and cat. For Sara, the best part of her role is delivering the news that a home has successfully closed—especially when handing first-time homebuyers their keys.
