Ryan Young
Though he grew up in a family steeped in the local real estate market, Ryan first pursued a culinary degree from CIA in Hyde Park. He often draws upon the experience gleaned from working in the hospitality industry to create memorable experiences and top level service for all his clients. After a long career in the culinary and hospitality world, Ryan moved back to Cleveland to join his family and help grow The Young Team. In 2012, Ryan began to lead The Young Team, driving the team to double business year after year.
In 2023, Ryan launched Fello, one of the most innovative lead generation platforms transforming the real estate industry. Now trusted by over 2,000 teams nationwide, Fello is revolutionizing how agents convert their databases into valuable leads.
When he’s not building Fello or collaborating with The Young Team, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. In his free time, he indulges his passions for cooking, traveling, skiing, and enthusiastically supporting Cleveland's beloved sports teams.
