Shradha Khurana

Shradha is originally from India and has called Cleveland home for nearly 18 years. She brings several years of experience working with GE and American Express. Her background in Human Resources and Operations, have allowed her to develop strong people-focused and communication skills. She also holds an MBA, which further strengthened her analytical and organizational abilities. These strengths allow her to effectively support her team and ensure a smooth, positive experience for her clients. 

Shradha was drawn to real estate by the opportunity to help people while using her transferable skills to make a meaningful impact in their lives. 

Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, traveling and exploring topics that spark her curiosity. She also loves spending time her daughters and her dog, Waffles.  

Shradha joined The Young Team in 2026 and is focused on learning the systems, contributing her skills and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
