Stephanie Termine

Over her nearly two decades in the industry, Stephanie relishes the fast-paced, ever changing landscape of real estate and loves the opportunity to work with many new people. A highly skilled agent with strong negotiation skills, she is motivated to make deals that help clients reach their goals. With a natural ability to lead, she excels at finding a resolution in every situation, no matter how difficult it may seem. She focuses on the needs of each individual client by asking insightful questions to understand their goals and formulate a plan.

Stephanie has a unique background having worked for a national home builder from 2005-2012 before getting her real estate license in 2012. This insight in to another area of the industry offers a unique perspective to help her serve her clients.

Stephanie is a Cleveland area native, growing up on the city’s westside, and having lived on the east side for many years while attending John Carroll University. She enjoys exploring all of the beautiful parks in and around Northeast Ohio, as well as dining at all of the fabulous restaurants Cleveland has to offer.
